According to the factory inspection regulations for rollers, our non-metallic damping rollers are inspected by our inspectors before leaving the factory: the axial load is ≥40000N, under the axial load of 500N, the axial play of the roller is ≤1.2mm, the radial runout of the outer circle is ≤0.6mm, the rotational resistance is ≤14N, the axial displacement is ≤0.25-0.3mm, after the roller runs at a speed of 1450r/min for 200h, the content of coal dust entering the bearing grease does not exceed 0.8%, after the roller runs at a speed of 1450r/min for 24h, the water inflow does not exceed 150g, and the waterproof and dustproof performance meets the requirements of JB/ZQ8008-88.
Package
In order to enhance the safety and reliability of the goods during transportation, we first pack the goods with packaging film, then bundle them and fix them with customized steel frames for transportation, thus avoiding the goods from being contaminated by dust during transportation.

Each package box should be accompanied by packing documents inside and outside, which must include but not limited to a detailed list of goods, stating the name, specifications, quantity, name of the work site and necessary technical documents of the goods.
